China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) has been awarded a AED 1bn ($272.2 million) contract for the construction of Bluewaters Bay. The Dubai Holding Real Estate contract was awarded through Meraas, and is expected to see the development of the waterfront “Two-Towers” project in Dubai. CSCEC’s Bluewaters Bay development contract Located in Dubai, the twin residential establishment seeing completion in the last quarter of 2027 will provide world-class living with other pristine project sitting close by. The Bluewaters Bay development will bring with it two towers connected by a podium. In the towers will be 678 apartments while the podium will house amenities such as retail outlets, cafes and dining spaces. The apartments will span from one-bedrooms to penthouses. Also included in the development plan are pools, play areas, modern spaces and exquisite landscaping. The podium also has an entry point linked to the Bluewaters Bridge. The other vehicle entry point is at ground level. Placed strategically in the Bluewaters Island, Bluewaters Bay will also see immense connectivity. It will connect to the Marina Walk, Ain Dubai and the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). The single-phase JBR, featuring a 40-tower residential development, is also part of Dubai Properties portfolio. Also in close proximity will be the Al Maktoum Int’l Airport.
