The bids will be open only to Category A qualified engineering consultants Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP) has invited tenders from engineering consultants to provide contract management and site supervision for the construction of 51 residential units in the Madinat Salman Island development. As per the tender notification, the apartment units in Madinat Salman Island 12 will be developed on Plots 15, 18 & 19 by the MoHUP, using allocated government funding. The Madinat Salman Island project aligns with the Kingdom’s expansion initiatives as defined in Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. When fully developed, the region will combine a residential, hospitality and retail mix, and contribute to the Kingdom’s commitment to a new and comprehensive infrastructure. The bids will be open only to ‘Category A’ qualified engineering consultants, licensed with the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. As per the tender, the winning bidder will be required to complete the work within a 30-month period. The deadline for submitting the bids has been set at 5 March 2025. |
