The Municipality of Concepción del Uruguay has announced two important public works tenders that will improve the infrastructure and quality of life of residents. These are projects for the construction and improvement of squares on Yrigoyen Boulevard and the paving of a section of Díaz Vélez Boulevard. Tender for small squares on Yrigoyen Boulevard With an investment of 64,132,993.10 million pesos, the Municipality seeks to improve pedestrian and bicycle traffic on Yrigoyen Boulevard, between Urquiza and Los Constituyentes streets. The tender includes the completion of two squares located between Millán and Maipú, and between Maipú and Reibel. In addition, accessibility work will be carried out throughout the aforementioned section. The opening of envelopes will be on February 14. Tender for paving on Diaz Velez Boulevard Through Decree No. 28,869, a tender is called for the paving of a new section of Díaz Vélez Boulevard, between Morend and Rubinsky streets. The official budget exceeds 74,898,698.28 million pesos. This work seeks to guarantee greater road safety in a high-traffic area that borders the Zapata, Santa Rita and América neighborhoods. The opening of envelopes will be on February 13. These works are in addition to the paving of Juan de Dios Filiberto Street, carried out last year, and demonstrate the Municipalitys commitment to improving the citys road infrastructure and public spaces.
