The restoration of the Parque España esplanade, a key project for the city, will allow the recovery of about 100 meters of public space on the banks of the Paraná River. With an official budget of $23,901,152,638.79 updated to January 2025, the project has an execution period of 18 months. The works will include the reconstruction of the docks and the extension of the esplanade of the Parque España Cultural Centre to the north, as well as the installation of interlocking block paving in grey and red tones. One of the most notable elements will be a spiral ramp measuring more than 250 metres, designed to connect the upper and lower levels, improving accessibility and the link between the city and the riverside sector. The total area of ??the intervention covers 4,200 square metres, with the addition of flowerpots. The project is part of the “Rosario Accord” program, which includes 35 projects for the city.
