The Tomás Falkner Elementary School No. 7 in Junín de los Andes, one of the oldest educational institutions in the region, will receive a major renovation. The provincial government has launched a tender for the construction of a new roof and various renovations at the facility. Two companies, Okume SA and Ekkis SRL, submitted their proposals to carry out these works. The project, with a budget of more than 630 million pesos, includes: Complete roof replacement: The existing 1,610 square meter roof will be replaced with a new one. Improvements to sanitary facilities and kitchen: The bathrooms and kitchen will be remodeled, expanding and modernizing these spaces. Electrical retrofitting: A complete upgrade of the buildings electrical system will be carried out. New Facilities: New perimeter sidewalks will be built and other improvements will be made to the building.
