These are the Hi-MO 7 models for the Magdalena Phase II solar park, from Biomass Energy. Longi will supply 33 MW of Hi-MO 7 bifacial PV modules to Mexico-based EMMI for the Magdalena Phase II solar park it is building in Guatemala for Biomass Energy. According to EMMI, the provision of modules, the first delivery of which took place in the last quarter of 2024, is related to an EPC contract signed at the beginning of this year. The park is expected to start operations at the end of 2025. Longi claims to have already supplied more than 500 MW in sustainable projects in the Central American country. EMMI, specialized in the construction of renewable energy projects, and with corporate offices in Mexico City and Querétaro, claims to have been present in Guatemala since 2023. In Mexico, it claims to have solar energy projects in more than 17 states, with more than 12 MW installed. |
