By securing this project, Ssangyong E&C will collaborate with major clients in Dubai, including the Dubai Investment Corporation (ICD), Wasl, and Emaar. The project involves constructing a premium office tower with three basement levels and 36 above-ground floors, totaling a floor area of 114,474 square meters. It will receive the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification, recognized globally for sustainable building practices. Especially, Ssangyong E&C previously completed the ICD-Brookfield Place, a 54-story office tower with seven basement levels, also within the DIFC, in 2020 as part of a joint venture. |
