The planned works include: Repair and expansion of the drinking water network: Work will be carried out to solve leak problems and ensure access to drinking water for all residents. Construction of basic infrastructure: Sewage networks, public lighting and pedestrian paths will be installed, especially in areas where families currently live in precarious conditions. Improvement of public spaces: Urban development works will be carried out to improve the aesthetics and functionality of the streets and common spaces in the neighborhood. The main objective of this project is to achieve a comprehensive transformation of the Stella Maris neighborhood, improving the living conditions of its inhabitants and promoting their integration into the city. To do so, a comprehensive approach will be carried out that combines the execution of infrastructure works with social and community actions. The execution of these works will be carried out through a participatory process, in which the demands and needs of the residents of the neighbourhood have been taken into account. The work is expected to begin within 60 days and last 12 months. This project represents an important step towards building a more just and equitable city, where all citizens have access to decent housing and quality basic services. |
