Work Detail | Norwegian energy supplier acquires two subsidiaries for undisclosed price PNE AG has sold its two Swedish subsidiaries and project pipeline to Norwegian energy supplier Aneo. The subsidiaries – PNE Sverige AB and VKS Vindkraft Sverige AB – are based in Gothenburg and Motala, respectively. The project pipeline consists of wind energy and photovoltaic projects with a total output of 300MW in various phases of project development, plus a further 700MW still in the early stages. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Chief executive officer of PNE AG Heiko Wuttke (pictured) said: “We are delighted that in Aneo we have found a buyer who is just as committed to the expansion of renewable energies as we are. “Aneo will also take over the employees of the two companies and continue the projects that we have built up. “We will invest the proceeds from the sale in the further growth of our core markets.” The international PNE Group has been developing onshore and offshore wind projects for more than 30 years. |
