Construction on the Asayel Avenue project is set to begin in Q2 2025, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027 Building on the success of its flagship Mirdif Hills development, Dubai Investments has announced Asayel Avenue – a premium residential cluster that aims to redefine modern urban living, through Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), the real estate arm of Dubai Investments.
