Transition comes as company targets 1GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030 Greenvolt Group has announced the rebranding of its Irish energy subsidiary Enerpower. Previously known as Enerpower powered by Greenvolt, the Irish business will now operate under the name Greenvolt Next Ireland. The transition comes as Greenvolt Next Ireland targets 1GW of renewable energy capacity by the end of the decade. The company is keen to support Ireland’s national goal of sourcing 80% of its energy from renewable sources by 2030. Over the past 20 years, Enerpower has helped Irish businesses reduce their carbon footprint through designing, installing and maintaining renewable energy solutions. These include solar installations, heat pumps, biomass boilers and wind power systems. With a portfolio of over 700 projects, a signed capacity of 300MW, and 160MW already installed, the company serves a client base that includes PepsiCo, Lidl, Pfizer, and Virgin Media.
