The provincial government has launched a public tender to hire a team to provide assistance, technical support, maintenance and software development for various state systems. The estimated budget for this contract amounts to 216 million pesos for the year 2025, with the possibility of an extension for an additional 12 months. The service to be contracted covers a wide range of technical tasks, including consulting, assistance, training, systems analysis, technical support, maintenance, adaptation, integration and development of functionalities and applications, as well as the transfer of knowledge. These services will be applied to systems such as “Tickets, Mesas, App 148, Services and Natural Resources, among others.” This broad spectrum of services ensures the operation and continuous improvement of the governments IT systems. The need for this tender arises from the need to maintain and update the States computer systems, ensuring their correct operation and adapting them to changing needs. Preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support and the development of new functionalities are essential to avoid system failures, guarantee information security and improve the efficiency of public services. The outsourcing of this service, it is stated, has been a constant practice of the government. For about a decade, the company ACP Ingeniería en Sistemas has been responsible for providing this service. It describes itself as a company specialized in the development of custom software, with experience in IT solutions for private clients and government entities. Among its state clients are several provincial government ministries, including Finance, Government and Security, as well as companies linked to transportation, fuel sales and distribution and the health sector. The opening of envelopes to identify the bidders will take place next Wednesday at 9 a.m. Afterwards, within a maximum period of 30 days, the contract will be awarded to the winning company. This tender seeks to ensure the continuity and quality of the governments IT support, which is crucial for the efficient functioning of its different areas. |
