The city of Esperanza is preparing for a major development with the tendering of two key projects: the completion of the Gregoria Matorras School and the piping of the Hohenfels Canal. This initiative, the result of joint efforts between Mayor Rodrigo Müller and Deputy Jimena Senn, represents an investment of approximately 4 billion pesos. Gregoria Matorras School: Completion of works: The three classrooms started through the 1,000 classrooms program will be completed, with the expectation of inaugurating them at the beginning of the year. Comprehensive tender: A tender will be held to fully complete the work, including the installation of elevators and other necessary elements. Educational Improvement: These improvements will provide students with a modern and equipped educational space. Hohenfels Canal: Piping: The canal will be piped in a key section, which will improve drainage and prevent flooding. Urban development: This work will facilitate the development of new urban developments in the northern part of the city. Continuity: Efforts are being made to continue with sections 2 and 3 of the project, which will allow for more comprehensive urban development. Community Benefits: Infrastructure Improvement: Both the school and the canal will be a significant improvement to the city. Urban development: The channelling of the canal will allow the city to grow towards the north. Quality of life: These works will contribute to improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of Esperanza. Next steps: Opening of envelopes: The envelopes for both tenders will be opened on January 30. Start of works: The works are expected to begin shortly, with the aim of completing them in the shortest possible time. In short, this significant investment demonstrates the authorities commitment to the development of Esperanza and will provide its residents with a better quality of life and greater opportunities.
