A new horizon for Venado Tuerto
The city of Venado Tuerto is preparing for a significant change in its road infrastructure. The construction of the new ring road, a long-awaited project, is about to begin. This large-scale project has the main objective of improving connectivity and vehicular flow, both within the city and in its surroundings.
Technical details of the work
The project, awarded to Pose SA after a highly competitive tender, involves the construction of a new road approximately 11,500 metres long, which will connect national routes 8 and 33. The work will include:
Paving: The main artery will be completely paved, improving the quality of the road and facilitating traffic.
Bridges and access roads: Strategic bridges and access roads will be built to ensure a smooth connection with national routes and other important arteries.
Roundabouts: Four modern roundabouts will be installed to optimize traffic flow at key intersections.
Complementary infrastructure: The work also includes the construction of granular stabilization, sewers, power line elevation, concrete curbs, storm drains, signage and an LED lighting system.
Cycle path: A cycle path will be built separate from the roadway to encourage the use of bicycles and promote sustainable mobility.
