Zhongtian 39 has been kitted out with a DP2 system, a helipad and additional accommodation for up to 210 crew members China’s ZTT Group has upgraded its flagship monopile installation vessel to enhance its capabilities in offshore wind projects. Zhongtian 39’s upgrades include the addition of a DP2 system to ensure precise, anchorless positioning in challenging offshore environments, expanded accommodation for up to 210 crew members and incorporation of a helipad to improve safety and flexibility with rapid crew changes and emergency response. The Zhongtian 39 vessel is operated by ZTT subsidiary ZTT Submarine Cable & System, which carries out engineering, procurement, construction and installation activities in offshore wind. |
