Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces signing of a contract to construct residential units in Al-Fursan district located in Riyadh city.The value of the contract is SAR 349 million.
The contract was signed with Building Construction Company (Subsidiary).
As part of the contract, the company will construct 502 residential units in Riyadh city. The duration of the contract is 30 months.
