The $900 million Powerhouse Parramatta Museum project that has been on the plans for over 10 years has made significant progress in recent times. This week the eastern building was topped out. On its roof it is expected to boast a green house, observation telescopes and a beautiful pavilion. The adjoining tower which will be taller is expected to top out in early 2025.
The visible exo-skeleton nature of the buildings will allow the interiors to have vaulted exhibition spaces.
