Work Detail New non-executive director has 40 years of experience in sector A new non-executive director has been appointed to the Sonnedix board of directors. Kevin McCullough (pictured) has notched up over four decades of international experience across the energy and utilities sector, with expertise in asset management, engineering, construction, operations, health and safety, and private equity. With extensive experience managing major infrastructure projects, McCullough emphasises continuous improvement in global construction and operational practices, Sonnedix said. McCullough has held several senior leadership positions in the UK, including interim chief executive officer at Ventient Energy (now known as Nadara following its merger with sister company Renantis), Calon Energy and UK Coal. He was also chief operating officer at RWE npower, where he was responsible for approximately 20% of the UK’s generating assets and a six million customer base. In addition, McCullough has held senior roles in the United States, including with Innogy America LLC and American National Power.
