The LNG storage tank of this project is 160,000 cubic meters, which is a large-scale prestressed concrete LNG storage tank. It is a milestone for the company to improve the performance of large-scale concrete LNG storage tanks of 160,000 cubic meters and above, consolidate the technical advantages and industry leading position of the entire industrial chain of LNG deep cold liquefaction and storage and transportation.
In view of the actual situation of the project, the Southwest Branch of the Engineering Construction Company gave full play to its core technical advantages and EPC general contracting management advantages led by design, and used the companys rich practical experience in collapsible loess areas to organize on-site surveys in advance, provide advice to the owner, and solve the technical difficulties of construction in collapsible loess areas. At the same time, it carefully coordinated the layout, deeply analyzed the bidding documents, formulated bidding plans, innovated design plans, optimized process routes, etc., and completed the bidding documents with high quality.
In the field of LNG storage tanks, the Southwest Branch of the Engineering Construction Company has built key laboratories such as the Second Department of the National Energy Liquefied Natural Gas Technology Research and Development Centers Key Equipment Localization Research, and carried out systematic research on LNG storage tank calculation methods, structural design, construction and commissioning technology, and completed more than 20 scientific and technological research projects at the provincial and ministerial levels and above; the research and development has formed a full range of LNG bimetallic, trimetallic full-containment tanks, prestressed concrete tanks and technical achievements and design documents, which can meet the needs of small, medium and large LNG peak-shaving storage facilities and LNG receiving station construction. At the same time, it has been successfully used in a number of domestic key LNG peak-shaving storage station projects to help local energy supply and economic development. |
