Kindergartens are one of the first spaces for socialization for children and a favorable environment for them to develop and enhance their creativity and imagination. That is why it is essential that they have spaces that meet their needs.
In this regard, the Undersecretariat of Infrastructure and Territorial Development called for tenders for the construction of a new early childhood education establishment: kindergarten No. 0-182 Sara Molina de Las Heras.
The administrative act with the simultaneous opening and reception of envelopes will be on December 17 at 10 a.m. in the auditorium on the 7th floor of the Government House.
Characteristics of the work and construction method
The land is located on Armada Argentina street s/n and has a water, sewage, gas and electricity network. The project adopts an industrialized steel frame construction system, with a metal structure in accordance with the structural requirements of the area.
This system consists of a reinforced concrete platform where the main structure is placed, with metal columns and beams and a panel wall system whose structure will be made of cold-formed galvanized sheet metal profiles, with “C” and “U” profile shapes.
All joints between the different structural elements and the joints between the different profiles to form the sections will be made with screws so as not to damage the galvanization.
It is important to clarify that the land needs to be prepared and filled to the level required by the project. Five rooms will be built, the Sum with the entrance, the kitchen, the toilets, the government. In total, the covered area to be built is 629.50 m2 on a 1975 m2 plot.
