PUBLIC TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 27 HOUSES: THREE OFFERS START THE PROCESS November 21, 2024 The opening of envelopes for Public Tender No. 10/2024: Provision of labor for the construction of 27 houses was held this morning in the Mariano Moreno room of the Municipal Cultural Complex, with the presence of Mayor Juan Pablo Pellegrino. The three bidders were: -Ghisolfi Desarrollo SRL: ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE WITH SIXTY-EIGHT pesos ($1,259,375,875.68). -Signed by Hugo Atilio Zucco Construction Company: FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN pesos ($487,619,857). -MD Constructions: FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND pesos ($472,500,000.-). It should be noted that the Evaluation Committee has a total of ten (10) days to study in detail each of the offers in order to observe the adequacy of the deadlines and conditions of each presentation, to know which is the most convenient. Present were councilors Mario Rodríguez, Gustavo Saire and Facundo Blum, representatives of the firms that submitted their proposals, and on behalf of the municipal executive, the Secretary of Public Works Germán Camoletto, the Undersecretary of Finance Micaela Ñañez and the Director of Housing and Urban Planning Leonardo Rodríguez Kern.
