Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces the signing of a contract with Building Construction Company (Subsidiary) to construct residential units in Al-Mohammedia district located in Jeddah city.
The value of the contract is SAR 112.67 Million.
As part of the contract, the company will construct 60 residential units. The project duration is 30 months.
Earlier, during October 2024, the company signs two agreements to purchase and develop residential lands with Roshn group subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, for the purpose of developing residential units along with the relevant infrastructure in Sedra residential neighborhood in Riyadh City.(read more) |
