HEXA Renewables, a platform owned by I Squared Capital, has entered a strategic equity investment option agreement with Bison Energy to advance solar energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects in Japan. Through this collaboration, HEXA and Bison will jointly develop and construct a robust pipeline of solar and BESS projects, accelerating the growth of Bison’s project portfolio. This partnership strengthens both companies’ positions in the Japanese new energy market, driving innovation and progress in renewable energy solutions.
