Oceano’s ultra-luxury penthouses The Celest and The Stellar, complete with infinity pools and smart home tech, mark largest residential sale in RAK history.
The Luxe Developers, a leading UAE-based real estate firm, has achieved a major milestone with the sale of two ultra-luxury sky villas—The Celest and The Stellar—within its Oceano development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Valued at over $49 million (AED 180 million), these residences now hold the title of the most expensive properties ever sold in Ras Al Khaimah.
The Celest occupies over 22,000 square feet across Oceano’s top two floors, with seven bedrooms, multiple sunken living areas, and a high-end kitchen. The Stellar spans more than 21,000 square feet, split over two levels, and offers similar opulent features, including six bedrooms and spacious living spaces.
Both residences boast stunning views of Al Marjan Island’s pristine beaches and are in close proximity to the multi-billion-dollar Wynn integrated resort.
These sky villas were designed by the acclaimed Hirsch Bedner Associates, ensuring that each property features only the finest materials and finishes.
