Located in Keturah Resort, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside comprises 12 mansions and 200 residences, and is scheduled for completion by Q4 2027.
Keturah, a leading luxury real estate and hospitality brand, has announced that The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside worth $762 million (AED 2.8 billion) has now completed shoring, piling, excavation, and infrastructure work. With CECEP Techand Middle East as the main contractor, construction is advancing and on schedule for completion by Q4 2027.
The project will feature 200 premium residences across seven buildings, alongside 12 exclusive mansions. Each residence will be equipped with yacht berthing facilities and benefit from an extensive array of world-class amenities, including a wellness centre, a private clubhouse, Michelin-star restaurants, and sustainable, organic-focused retail spaces.
Homeowners will have exclusive access to a private members-only club, a ladies’ club, a kids’ club, and a 550-meter promenade. This gated community will offer views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks, including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Harbour, Meydan, and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
