RIVAGE will offer a range of residential options, providing flexibility for both investors and families, said the developer
Deyaar Development has launched RIVAGE – its first residential project on the Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The launch is said to mark a milestone in the partnership between Deyaar and Arady Properties. RIVAGE is said to be located minutes away from Zayed International Airport and close to universities, malls, schools, healthcare facilities, parks, beaches, restaurants, hotels, and prayer facilities.
The development offers a blend of luxury living, views, and amenities while integrating sustainability within its architectural design. Construction for RIVAGE is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, said a statement.
