MADKOUR Projects in the Sultanate of Oman is announces that it has been awarded a contract to construct JBB ALI Wind Farm 132kv Grid station, South Sharqiyah Governorate, along with a 132 KV overhead line connecting JBB Hassan substation to Al-Jawabi substation.
The Project was awarded by Oman Electricity Transmission Company- OETC, member of Nama Group.
The scope of work includes the construction of a 132 KV wind farm substation and 132 KV overhead lines connecting JBB Hassan to Al-Jawabi substation.
This strategic project is part of the development of the Jaalan Bu Ali wind farm, which has a production capacity of 100-200 megawatts, that will contribute to increasing renewable energy generation in Oman and supporting the country’s climate goals.
The company stated that, this project reaffirms MADKOUR’s commitment to Oman’s Vision 2040 for a sustainable future, through reinforcing the transition to renewable energy. |
