The Province awarded works on roads and highways for $12,000 million
The provincial government approved the tender for works for the recovery and maintenance of roads and highways, with an investment of $12,000 million.
The government of Entre Ríos approved the tender for the first stage of the Road and Highway Recovery and Maintenance Plan, which - it was indicated - implies an investment of more than 12,000 million pesos while the tender for the remaining groups of works continues.
Meanwhile, in May 2024, the provincial Executive Branch issued Decree 984/24, by which, in accordance with the financial possibilities of the province and based on priority criteria, various works contracted by the provincial Highway Department were restarted.
The Road Recovery Plan announced by Governor Rogelio Frigerio includes patching and maintenance work along 30,000 kilometers that include national, provincial and rural roads. At the same time, through decree 984/24, issued in May, various works contracted by the Provincial Highway Department are being restarted.
This Thursday, the Provincial Directorate of Roads issued resolution No. 2791 in which it approved the first stage of the Road Recovery Plan. This first group of works includes routes and roads in the departments of Paraná, Diamante, Victoria, Nogoyá, Gualeguay, Gualeguaychú, Uruguay and Islas del Ibicuy.

The works were awarded to UT Lemiro Pablo Pietroboni SA – José Eleuterio Pitón SA, for an amount of 12,621,624,721 pesos, as it was the most suitable offer for the province.
