At the headquarters of the municipality of the city of Suardi, during an act headed by the head of Housing and Urbanism of the Province of Santa Fe, Lucas Crivelli, Provincial Senator Felipe Michlig and Mayor Hugo Boscarol, the envelopes were opened for the work of "Completion of 24 2-bedroom homes and Infrastructure in the town of SUARDI", whose Official Budget amounts to the sum of $1,129,183,727.97, with a term of execution of 8 months.
The event was also attended by the director of Habitat Ramsés Medina, the President of the Council Roberto Pelussi, the councilors Agustín Peretti, Marcelo Nari, Gonzalo Rui, Councilor Claudia Echazarreta, members of the Municipal Cabinet, bidding companies and the general public.
Lucas Crivelli said that “when we took over, the housing works were practically at a standstill. We resumed all the works based on a reconstruction plan, and today we are already involved in 30 tenders in 10 months of management.”

Housing solutions and job creation
Senator Michlig recalled that “the Plan for 24 houses in Barrio San Miguel de Suardi, has a progress of 25% and was then paralyzed during the previous provincial government. Hopefully we can move forward quickly to provide a definitive housing solution for 24 families in Suardi, in addition to the fact that this work will generate local jobs and economic activity.”
“There is also a tender for 10 homes for Hersilia, another 20 for the city of Ceres, so we are talking - in addition to those for the city of San Cristóbal - about 120 new homes, plus the same number of social housing units that are underway in different localities of the department.”
Other announcements of great importance
“On the other hand, the Minister of Productive Development Gustavo Puccini confirmed to me today that we will have a new energy line between Clavel Blanco and Santa Emilia, which will be a priority, in order to also supply energy to 5 companies from the Rural Electrification Fund, with a shared investment between the public and private sectors.”
“Another very important announcement that I want to leave you with is what the head of the DPV Pablo Seghezzo confirmed to me: on December 15, the specifications for the public tender for the repaving of a section of RP39 between Arrufó and Villa Trinidad, as well as a section of RP23 from Villa Trinidad to the border with the Province of Córdoba, will be ready. In other words, those sections will be completely new.”
“Another very auspicious fact confirmed to me by Minister Lisandro Enrico and ratified by Lucas Crivelli is that a budget will be made available to build the second lane of Santiago del Estero Street, along 8 blocks, which will be carried out at the beginning of next year. This is a commitment made by Governor Pullaro and one that we have been working on for a long time and it is only now being decisively addressed by this government,” said Senator Felipe Michlig - to applause.

For this reason, the legislator thanked "Governor Pullaro, the Minister of Public Works Lisandro Enrico and Lucas Crivelli, for their deep commitment to all the people of San Cristobal and the continuous government responses."
Mayor Boscarol welcomed all the news, considering that “after 4 years of an absent provincial government, the contrast with this government of Maxi Pullaro is admirable and thanks to the support of Felipe and Marcelo, we have a completely different story.”
