This was decided by the Superior Court of Justice of Entre Ríos (STJER). The works, with an official budget of over 577 million pesos, must be completed in nine months. The aim is to reduce rent payments and improve the provision of justice services.
The STJER, through Resolution 179/24, dated August 30, ordered the call for Public Tender No. 09/24, the purpose of which is the construction of the new building for the Justice of the Peace Court of Mansilla. The opening of bids, which will take place on November 1, at 10 a.m., will be at the STJER Purchasing and Consulting Office, located on the ground floor of the Paraná Courts (Laprida 251).
For the execution of the work, which must be completed within a period of 270 calendar days, an official budget of 295,068,172.60 pesos was set, based on local market prices as of last June.
The project, developed by the Judicial Architecture Department, will be built on a 471 m2 plot of land located on Irigoyen Street S/N, which the Municipality of Mansilla ceded to the Superior Government of Entre Ríos for the exclusive use of the Judiciary.
For its part, the construction of the new building for the Hernández Justice of the Peace Court was ordered by the STJER through Resolution 175/24, of August 30, which authorized Public Tender No. 08/24. The opening of bids will be on November 6, at 10 a.m., in the Purchasing and Consulting Office.
The official budget is 282,083,610.81 pesos, based on market prices in effect last June. The works must be carried out on a 375 m2 plot of land located on Belgrano Street S/N, donated to the provincial government by the Municipality of Hernández, for the exclusive use of the Judiciary.
Characteristics of the works
In both cases, these are ground-floor buildings, framed in the design of traditional construction prototypes and adapted to the characteristics of each plot of land.
The layout includes a hall for the public and rooms for the Reception Desk, the judges office, the secretarys office and an office for occasional use by other departments. It also includes toilets for the public and staff, and another for people with reduced capacities, as well as an office.
Its materialization is a construction with a flat concrete roof over the services and circulation area, and a sloping sheet metal roof over the offices. The electrical installation project also includes the future incorporation of a photovoltaic system with solar panels.
It also includes high-performance aluminium carpentry that enables better performance and lower consumption in the air conditioning equipment, with exterior grilles for the security of the property and porcelain floors for durability and easy maintenance. Its covered area is 120 m2.
