Construction and project development company Wade Adams Contracting LLC has been appointed as a contractor for Emaar Developments’ The Oasis masterplanned community development project in Dubai.
Under the contract Wade Adams will construct and deliver infrastructure works for Phase 1 and 2 of the The Oasis. This includes a pumping station for irrigation and firefighting as well as external utility connections for potable water, TSE and foul sewerage at The Oasis.
The development is located adjacent to the E611 highway near Dubai Investment Park and is a residential development consisting of mainly villas and some apartments, retail, community facilities and utilities.
The Oasis is an exclusive residential community of low density mansions, villas, and townhouses set in an environment of water canals, lagoons, beaches and continuous ribbons of parks and green spaces.
Community Facilities include a local retail centre, several local mosques, a large central mosque, school, as well as clubhouses. |
