Work Detail While MSU Green Energy has signed a contract with tea producer Casa Fuentes to supply solar energy from the Pampa del Infierno solar park in Chaco, Genneia has agreed with veterinary laboratory CDV to supply 80% of the demand for clean energy from the three veterinary vaccine manufacturing plants located in the Pilar Industrial Park. Argentine energy companies MSU Green Energy and Genneia have announced the signing of power purchase agreements. In the case of MSU Green Energy, it is a contract with one of the largest tea producers in Argentina, Casa Fuentes, belonging to the British firm Finlays. The agreement establishes that starting next November it will cover up to 100% of its energy demand with energy generated from the 130 MW Pampa del Infierno solar park , located in the province of Chaco. The agreement is part of the Market for Renewable Energy Terms (MATER) and will supply the production plants of Tabay, Acaragua and Campo Grande, located in the province of Misiones. In February of this year, the signing of a 10-year energy purchase agreement between MSU Green Energy and the automotive company Volkswagen Group Argentina was announced to supply its Pacheco Industrial Center, located in the province of Buenos Aires, with energy from two photovoltaic plants, one of which is the aforementioned Pampa del Infierno, and the other Las Lomas, of 40 MW, located in the province of La Rioja . Genneia and CDV For its part, the energy company Genneia has announced the signing of a PPA with the animal health laboratory CDV through which it will supply 80% of the energy demand of three veterinary vaccine production plants in the Pilar Industrial Park, in the province of Buenos Aires, with renewable energy from a set of assets consisting of wind and solar farms. As in the previous case, this agreement falls within the guidelines of the private MATER system, and establishes a green energy supply contract for CDV plants for a period of seven years, with the option to be renewed. Last August, Genneia announced the signing of a 7-year PPA with Molino Argentino on renewable sources for the flour processing plant in the town of Open Door, in the province of Buenos Aires. Last May, Genneia announced the signing of a similar 15-year agreement with the company specializing in the manufacture of PVC and bioplasticizers, the Princz-Ipasa Group . Last April, Genenia agreed a similar PPA with the pharmaceutical company Bayer , also within the framework of the Renewable Energy Futures Market (MATER), with a duration of 7 years. Last March, a purchase agreement for energy from renewable sources was announced, signed with Shell Argentina with the aim of supplying the energy demand of the blocks operated by the oil company in the Vaca Muerta fossil deposit, in the province of Neuquén, with a duration of 7 years. Also in February of this year, Genneia and Bunge, a company dedicated to the agribusiness sector, agreed on a ten-year energy sales contract from renewable facilities for four oilseed processing plants.
