This preschool will benefit about 150 children. Now the economic offers will be evaluated to move forward with the administrative process.
The Undersecretariat of Infrastructure and Territorial Development opened the envelopes of the tender for the construction of the new Kindergarten 0-065 Dr. Andrés Pérez Rubia, in the district of Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, which will benefit about 150 children.
The administrative act took place on Tuesday, on the seventh floor of the Government House, and was headed by Undersecretary Marité Badui.
The companies competing for the construction of the garden are Estructuras Oeste SA, Natural Terra SA, AJ Construcciones, Wynne Industrial SRL, Apolo Sur SA and CACSA.
Currently, the preschool is located at
School 1-726 José Francisco Ugarteche Station. The land where
the new building will be located faces Los Glaciares Street, between
Provincial Route 16 to the north and Los Barrancos Street to the south.
Design and project criteria
The total surface area to be built is 624.80 square meters. For this reason, the building was divided into two blocks: the classroom sector in a comb to the south of the site and the access, government and SUM area to the east. These two sectors are connected by a semi-covered gallery in a north-south direction. The buildings construction system is traditional with a flat roof and a metal structure.
The classrooms are also designed in blocks of two, with a
north-south orientation. The access gallery was located to the south of the classrooms and it was decided to give it dimensions and conditions of air conditioning and lighting
suitable for educational use as an annex to the classroom itself.
On the other hand, each group of classrooms has an extension to
exclusive courtyards to the north and a main playground with a direct connection from the access to the four classrooms in the east sector. Towards the
north of the property, an expansion sector of the SUM, institutional courtyard and area for physical activity or recreational sports is planned.
The external walls of the government and SUM will be built of exposed brick with a joint up to a height of 2.80 metres and the rest of the height, up to the ceiling of each block, will be recessed and plastered. The connecting gallery between the blocks is designed with exposed concrete slabs and concrete columns.
Likewise, access to the establishment is achieved through an
opening of the perimeter fence from the south of the property, which allows urban integration in this direction and contemplates the connection with sectors of urban interest located to the southeast of the property.
