Opening of Envelope No. 2 of Public Tender No. 003/2024, related to the Executive Project for Urban Road Connection between the Municipalities of Avellaneda and Reconquista.
It should be noted that this is done after having completed the technical evaluation stage of the offers presented in Envelope No. 1. As stipulated, the Evaluation Board issued the necessary technical reports to advance in this process.
Envelope No. 2 contains the economic proposals of the bidding companies, only two of the three offers met the minimum score required according to the bidding document. The companies that advanced to the next stage are Justo Dome y Asociados SRL with a proposal valued at $174,679,107.07 and the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Engineering of the UNR, with an offer of $212,891,675.33.
The General Administrator of Provincial Roads, Pablo Seghezzo, was present; Senator for the General Obligado Department, Orfilio Marcón; Provincial Deputy Dionisio Scarpín; bidding companies; universities; members of the municipal cabinet and residents of the metropolitan area.
