Poletti headed the public bidding process to carry out the work that will extend between 1° de Mayo and Dr. Zavalla, and will require more than 1.3 billion pesos.

Within the framework of the works agreed upon in the Capital Agreement by the mayor of Santa Fe, Juan Pablo Poletti, and the governor of the province, Maximiliano Pullaro, this Wednesday the envelopes of the public tender for the enhancement of Juan José Paso Avenue were opened, in the section between 1º de Mayo and Dr. Zavalla. The event was held at the headquarters of the Colón Club and was headed by the local leader and the Minister of Public Works, Lisandro Enrico.
The works to be carried out on the avenue have an official budget of $1,367,740,486.67 at April 2024 values ??and a term of execution of 240 days. The work covers seven sections of 870 meters in length between Dr. Zavalla and 1° de Mayo streets, consolidating the integral character of the artery as one of the main access routes to the city, and also as a point of integration between the neighborhoods it links. Seven companies interested in carrying out this intervention were presented.
The companies that submitted their bids were Conhormaq SRL with a quote of $1,583,913,073.60; Cocyar SA, with $2,003,881,002.63; Coemyc SA, with $1,797,940,557.65; Mundo Construcciones SA, with $1,441,226,304.34; EFE Construcciones SRL, with $1,529,717,255.22; Hormigonera del Litoral SA with $1,498,665,885; and Capitel SA with $2,108,371,688.46. The Province will finance the projects that were designed and executed by the Municipality.
Poletti thanked the joint work being carried out with the Province to give continuity to the Capital Agreement. "This is what is good for the people of Santa Fe: working together with the Province, from public works to security, and from different areas in this entire sector of the city. For example, the previous one on JJ Paso with Sports Security, which ended up favoring the neighbors and which allowed the bus to return to the Centenario neighborhood after a long time," said the governor.
In this vein, Poletti also listed the intervention within the framework of the IBF in the San Lorenzo neighborhood that allowed the entry of the garbage truck; in addition, being able to clean the entire canal area and carry out the weeding in Chalet to achieve greater security in the sector; the cleaning actions in the lake of Parque del Sur; the police duo above the GSI, among others.
"All tasks are joint with the Province, because there is no competition but rather a union. And this Capital Agreement is the first project in my administration and it fills me with emotion, because we want JJ ??Paso to be a truly valuable avenue and, when we have the new Road Bridge, it will be an access of impressive magnitude. This entire area needs this and we are convinced that we have to work as a team," concluded Poletti.

Minister Enrico highlighted the importance of this project for the city: «It has been planned for some time. We are celebrating an agreement where priority was given to works for the city, and from the provincial government, with a great budgetary effort, we celebrate being able to fulfill our promise to Santa Fe, our capital».
"This project is to provide better living conditions for residents and also to maintain employment. This is the result of a lot of work between the public works teams of the municipality and the ministry, where we outline the priorities. This is the first tender that we open, in a few days it will be the second for Larrea street, and then we will continue with the others that were proposed in the Capital Agreement such as Peñaloza, Aristóbulo del Valle, de la Costanera, among others," he added.
