Emerald Haven Realty Ltd. (TVS Emerald), a prominent real estate developer, has made two significant land acquisitions in Bengaluru and Chennai, with a combined potential booking value of ?900 crore. The company secured a 4-acre parcel in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru, which has a potential saleable area of 500,000 sq. ft. and a projected booking value of ?600 crore. Additionally, TVS Emerald acquired another 4-acre land parcel in Padur, Chennai, with a potential booking value of ?300 crore.
Both locations are situated in high-demand residential markets. Thanisandra is a rapidly developing suburb well-connected to key infrastructure, including Kempegowda International Airport, NH44, and the Outer Ring Road, making it an attractive choice for homebuyers. The acquisition in Padur further strengthens TVS Emerald’s presence in Chennai, where the company focuses on premium residential projects.
Sriram Iyer, Director & CEO of TVS Emerald, stated that the Thanisandra project, which marks their second venture in North Bengaluru, aligns perfectly with the regions rapid development. He emphasized that the investment in Padur underscores their commitment to addressing the evolving needs of urban homebuyers in Chennai.
Currently, the company’s Isle of Trees project in Rachenahalli, North Bengaluru, is in its pre-launch phase. The newly acquired Thanisandra project is expected to bolster TVS Emeralds competitive edge in Bengalurus dynamic real estate market. |
