Bondada Engineering Ltd has announced that it has secured a substantial order worth ?468 crore from KPI Green Energy. In a statement to the stock exchange, the company confirmed it has received a work order for the supply of materials for a solar power generation plant with a capacity of 130 MWp/100 MWac.
The precise value of the order is ?467,99,99,965, and the project is expected to be completed within 12 months. Bondada will handle both the material supply and the installation for the solar power generation plant, showcasing its growing presence in the renewable energy sector.
Bondada Engineering is well-regarded for its expertise in passive telecom infrastructure, offering a comprehensive range of services that include the construction, erection, operation, and maintenance of telecom towers. The company provides integrated solutions covering civil, electrical, and mechanical works, the supply of poles and towers, and the installation and maintenance of optical fiber cables and power equipment for major telecom firms and tower operators across India.
To date, Bondada has successfully installed over 11,600 telecom towers and poles, with 7,700 installations completed in the last three fiscal years. Additionally, the company extends operations and maintenance (O&M) services to telecom and tower operating companies, which include preventive and corrective maintenance of passive infrastructure and equipment, backup power systems, and manning services.
Strategically located in Keesara Mandal, Medchal, Telangana, Bondadas manufacturing facility has an installation capacity of approximately 12,000 Metric Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) for tower fabrication. As of now, the company holds a market capitalization of ?6,778 crore, according to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). |
