Real estate firm Signature Global has awarded a ?320 crore contract to ACC India for the construction of its luxury housing project, Twin Towers DXP, located in Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana. ACC India will be responsible for civil, structural, and some mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work across all towers, basements, and ancillary buildings. Lalit Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global, described the project as one of the finest in their portfolio and a potential crowning jewel. He noted that it will be among the tallest developments in the area, emphasizing ACCs expertise gained from constructing prominent towers in both the Middle East and India. Ani Ray, Managing Director of ACC India, expressed enthusiasm about the project, assuring timely completion. He highlighted ACCs involvement in landmark constructions, including World ONE in Mumbai and other notable projects. This contract follows Signature Globals recent ?1,144 crore work order to Ahluwalia Contracts for its luxury housing project De-luxe DXP in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway. The Twin Towers DXP project spans 16.65 acres and includes 1,008 units, with a total developable area of 28.12 lakh square feet. To date, Signature Global has delivered 11 million square feet across various projects and has a pipeline of 32.2 million square feet in upcoming developments, alongside 16.4 million square feet in ongoing projects. For the fiscal year 2023-24, the company reported sale bookings of ?7,270 crore, aiming for ?10,000 crore in sales for the current fiscal year. |
