Work Detail The agreement is signed during the Intersolar Mexico 2024 expo that took place a few weeks ago in Mexico City During the recently concluded Intersolar Mexico 2024 Expo held in Mexico, Tongwei signed an annual framework agreement for 100 MW high-efficiency modules with Solarever Group of Mexico, aiming to jointly promote a new era of distributed photovoltaic power generation in Mexico. Qu Zongtao, Chief Technology Officer of Solarever Group, and Jason Ji, Head of Americas Region in Tongwei PV Module Business Department, represented their respective companies at the signing of the agreement. Yi Wenbo, General Manager of Solarever Groups Photovoltaic Business Department, was present at the ceremony as a signing witness. Solarever Group, a Mexican-based company that produces renewable energy equipment in the Latin American region, focuses on the sale and service of solar modules. It also has its own brand of new energy electric cars, energy storage devices and charging stations. Currently, its influence in the market has extended to areas throughout the Mexican Republic and the United States. Yi Wenbo, Business Manager of Solarever: “As a witness and participant in the development of new energy in Mexico, we have witnessed the transformations of the Mexican PV market. As a Mexican national company, we aim to work closely with Tongwei to usher in a new era of distributed PV in Mexico.” Jason Ji, Head of Tongwei Americas Region: “We are delighted to collaborate with Solarever to fully demonstrate the advantages of our company’s integrated industrial chain. We look forward to exploring more possibilities within the Mexican PV market using high-efficiency modules and advanced technology, bringing Tongwei’s ‘smart’ manufacturing to thousands of homes.” As the global demand for renewable energy continues to increase, the collaboration between Tongwei and Solarever Group will provide valuable experience and examples for other countries and regions in promoting the transformation to green energy.
