Developer will expand its pipeline in the country to around 4GW to boost the energy transition
Qualitas Energy has pledged to invest more than €1bn to accelerate the energy transition in Germany.
The developer aims to expand its internal project development pipeline in Germany to a total capacity of approximately 4GW by investing €1.2bn.
"Qualitas Energy focuses on the acquisition and development of greenfield and repowering projects at every scale and stage of development.

“In doing so, we attach great importance to a fair and transparent transaction process," said Borja Caruana, Managing Director of Qualitas Energy Deutschland.
The company said it will uses WindEnergy Hamburg to acquire new wind energy projects and enter into development cooperations.
The company is also seeking to grow its head count in Germany, across acquisition, project planning, construction and operation of wind farms, at locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart, Trier and Wiesbaden. |
