Description of the work
This sector can be broadly divided into two distinct areas: a promenade and a natural park. The first is a promenade, basically made up of the bike path and the pedestrian path that give continuity to sectors 1A and 1C named in the document, by three (3) recreational areas such as a cantilevered dock, a kayak launching area and a recreation area with benches, according to and by a maintenance path that begins in sector 1A and continues to the next area. The second area considered a natural park contains a maintenance path to be executed on the existing footprint, a pedestrian path and 11 recreational areas that contemplate the construction of an access building with an exhibition space and toilets, cantilevered wooden platforms and docks, recreational areas with pergolas, benches and tables and a watchtower with a wooden structure that is located at the end of the peninsula near the confluence of the Limay and Neuquén Rivers.
