The Río Negro Government will put out to tender on September 24 the construction of 31 housing modules in Cipolletti, intended to relocate families from the Mariano Moreno neighborhood of that city.
Companies interested in making inquiries or acquiring the specifications will be able to do so starting August 30.

The work, which corresponds to the provincial program “Habitar,” has an official budget of $1,080,413,549.53 and a term of execution of 365 calendar days.
Following an agreement with the Municipality of Cipolletti and a great financial effort by the province, this call for tenders was launched so that the 31 families of the Mariano Moreno neighborhood can live in better conditions.
The housing complex will consist of 9 studio apartments (30 m2), 9 one-bedroom modules (43 m2) and 13 two-bedroom modules (57 m2), built on the ground floor, with possibilities for growth and vehicular access.
Each module will consist of a living-dining room and bathroom as a base, plus bedrooms in the case of units with rooms. In addition, they will be built using the traditional system.
They will have a complete installation of hot and cold water, electricity and gas, sanitary fixtures (sink and toilet), shower, laundry sink and natural granite countertop with kitchen sink and with the corresponding faucets for each fixture.
It is worth noting that through the Urban Land program, the place where the modules will be built has water, electricity and public lighting.
