Work Detail State-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) announced on Monday that it has been awarded a 1,600 MW thermal power project by Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC). The coal-based project, known as the Koderma Supercritical Thermal Power Project (STPP), will be established in the Koderma district of Jharkhand on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.
