Aerpace Industries Limited, formerly known as Supremex Shine Steels Limited, has announced significant updates to its business operations. The company will lease a 180,000 sq. ft. facility in Pune for its R&D center, opting for a ready-to-move property over a previously planned 225,000 sq. ft. plot. The new location includes a 100,000 sq. ft. constructed shed and an additional 80,000 sq. ft. of open space for testing and other utilities. This facility will house a state-of-the-art DT Mill Milling machine from Wenzel DesignTec Inc., Germany, crucial for clay modeling of cars and drones.
In a parallel development, Aerpace has unveiled its new solar panel manufacturing and assembly factory, named aerPower. The company has secured a contract to purchase a fully automatic solar panel production line with a 400 MW capacity from Zhonghao (Wuxi) International Trade Co. Ltd. This move is part of Aerpaces strategy to vertically integrate its operations, enhance its product offerings, and accelerate project execution.
The aerPower factory is set to significantly impact the company’s project timeline and revenue generation. Production of solar panels for both domestic and international markets will begin in January 2025, with the installation of the manufacturing line expected to be completed by December 2024. This new facility is poised to support Aerpace’s vision of creating a sustainable future and advance its initiatives in building a futuristic transportation ecosystem. |
