Objective: "Comprehensive maintenance, improvements and cleaning service for the Interactive Ecopark of the City of Buenos Aires."
Technical-operational conditions that must be met
by the successful bidder in the execution of the services entrusted under this Tender for
the "INTEGRAL MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENTS AND CLEANING SERVICE OF THE INTERACTIVE ECOPARK OF THE
CITY OF BUENOS AIRES", the Implementing Authority being in charge of the administration,
implementation and supervision thereof.
SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
A. Comprehensive maintenance basic service by subscription.
B. Complementary maintenance and execution of complementary tasks by Price
The contractor must provide and continuously supervise the machinery, tools, supplies,
materials and qualified labor, based on the scope and complexity of the tasks involved.
It must also keep in stock the materials and elements that could frequently be damaged for
immediate replacement, regardless of the area under which they are affected, whether
basic and/or complementary maintenance. For
the purposes of this document, the term “Comprehensive Basic Maintenance by Payment” refers in a
generic way to all tasks, actions and provisions intended to ensure that a good, element, equipment, etc.
reaches the end of its useful life in adequate working and operating conditions.
“Complementary Maintenance” is understood to be all those tasks or supplies that are not
included in the contractual obligation for “Comprehensive Basic Maintenance by Payment”, and that, however,
may be requested by the Application Authority.
All cleaning and hygiene tasks, as well as conservation and maintenance tasks, refer
to both the areas existing at the time of the award and those that may be created during the
contract period.
Basis for the pre-award: having carried out the pertinent analysis of the formal, legal, and economic aspects, this Tender Evaluation Committee advises pre-awarding the contract to the company LX ARGENTINA SA – CUIT: 3066970163-9 as its offer is the most convenient for the purposes pursued by the GCABA.
