For an amount of 206,969,181.41 pesos, the representatives of the Governments of Santa Fe and Entre Ríos in the Subfluvial Tunnel, Lisandro Nelson Villar and Eduardo López Segura, awarded the firm “José Eleuterio Pitón SA” the works of repaving the access ramp to the viaduct, on the Entre Ríos side, and the execution of improvements in the shoulder sector, on the Santa Fe side.
The works, which had been put out to tender on 2 July within the framework of the Plan for Works, Enhancement and Modernisation carried out by the Subfluvial Tunnel, will have a period of execution of 60 days from their start and will be carried out at night and with alternating traffic, the latter in order to cause as little inconvenience as possible to users.
According to detail provided by the sub -direction of civil works of the entity, the complete milling of the existing asphalt layers is raised, which has a variable thickness of between 6 and 10 centimeters, to the concrete sun that makes up the access ramp.
The project also includes the construction of 14 new polypropylene drains suitable for fusion, with a slotted/perforated section, wrapped with geotextile to allow the entry of water to be collected from below, and the horizontal road marking of the construction sectors.
The work will also include the execution of improvements in the shoulder sector, on the Santa Fe side, within the jurisdiction of the bi-provincial entity. (APFDigital)
