With an impressive score of 77 out of 100, the company now ranks in the top 3% of the best-performing organizations assessed by EcoVadis, placing them in the 97th percentile among global companies.
EcoVadis, recognized as the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, evaluates companies on their Environmental, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement practices. Constant Energy’s latest achievement underscores their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and their ongoing dedication to continuous improvement.
Key Actions and Initiatives:
Environment: Constant Energy endorses the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and adheres to international standards such as ISO 14001.
Labor and Human Rights: The company has implemented a comprehensive policy addressing labor and human rights issues, with specific objectives for employee health & safety, career management & training, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Ethics: Measures are in place for stakeholder consent on confidential information, an incident response procedure for breaches, and a whistleblower system for reporting corruption and bribery.
