Present were Municipal Mayor Pablo Javier Zurro, Luis Fanti, Secretary of Public Works of the Municipality of Pehuajó, Hugo Obed, President of Absa, Esteban Spivak, Director of Absa, Eng. Diego Greco, from the Operations Management of Absa and Laura Alvarez from the Purchasing Department of Absa.
Three offers were submitted, which will be analyzed in the coming days for the purposes of the final award. The official budget amounts to $103,092,200 + VAT.
The scope of this contract covers the work for the complete replacement of approximately 160 meters of domestic sewage collection network on Balcarce Avenue, between Wilde and De Luca streets, as well as at the intersections of Balcarce with Artigas, Alem, Wilde and G. del Solar.
The work also includes the connection of the new pipeline to the existing manholes, and the replacement and connection of 10 short domestic connections.
It is a job that is done at great depth, which makes it complicated and expensive and will allow the residents of a large sector of the city to have sewers. Today they do not work and they will also be able to have neat sidewalks, since they sink due to the deterioration of the sewer.
