Lemon Tree Hotels has announced its latest venture, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Kota, Rajasthan. The property, managed by Carnations Hotels Private Limited—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited—is expected to open in FY 2025.
Kota, located along the Chambal River, is known for its blend of historical charm and modern energy. Dubbed the "Coaching Capital of India," the city attracts numerous students aiming for success in competitive exams. In addition to its academic reputation, Kota is rich in heritage, featuring grand forts, serene palaces, and lively markets. The city offers a unique blend of academic focus and Rajasthani cultural allure.
Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels will offer 58 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and other public amenities. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 km from Kota Airport, 10 km from Kota Junction Railway Station, and 246 km from Jaipur International Airport. It is well-connected by road for both public and private transport.
