The Supreme Court of Justice (STJ) approved the public tender for the contracting of the project, execution and commissioning of the electrical system in the Cipolletti Judicial Complex. The work is part of the plan for the completion of the building, which is seventy percent complete. The bids will be announced on July 31 and all the information is available on the institutional website, in the Public Works section.
Resolution No. 426/2024 establishes that the project includes the installation of a medium voltage electrical connection, transformation from medium to low voltage, and the implementation of a low voltage main switchboard. In addition, the provision of backup power through a generator set and a UPS is planned, to ensure the continuous operation of the buildings equipment and facilities under normal and emergency conditions.
The official budget for the execution of this work amounts to the sum of 877,624,541.07 pesos with an execution of 180 calendar days. The opening of bids is scheduled for July 31, 2024 in the meeting room of the General Administration of the Judiciary, located in Viedma. Those interested in participating in the tender may acquire and consult the terms and conditions up to five days before the opening date.
The contracting entity is the Judicial Branch of Río Negro, and the work will be carried out under a fixed-price system, with a financial advance of 20 percent of the contract amount. Bidders must be registered in the Registry of Bidders of the Public Works Council of the province and meet the technical-financial capacities required for the specialty of architectural works.
To ensure transparency and proper evaluation of the proposals, a Pre-Awarding Committee will be formed, made up of representatives from the Legal Technical Advisory Board, the General Administration and the Area of ??Infrastructure and Judicial Architecture. This committee will be tasked with issuing an opinion on the suitability of the bids submitted.
This is the first of a series of public tenders to complete the Cipolletti Judicial Complex, with 70 percent of the eleven thousand square meter building being completed. |
